Welcome.
Hello, I'm Brian E. Kennedy-Arenivar, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), and I'm so glad you're here.
Discover Your Inner Balance and Resilience
Life can be complex, and sometimes we all need additional support to find our footing. That's exactly where psychotherapy comes in. Think of it as a pathway to unlock your inner balance and build the resilience you need to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
Exploring Your Depths for Lasting Change
My approach uses depth psychology, which means we'll go beyond surface-level issues. We'll work together to explore, discover, and understand what lies beneath your current challenges, emotional responses, or behavioral patterns. Through talk therapy, the exploration of your dreams, and sandplay therapy, you'll begin to uncover deeper insights and connect with the wisdom of your unconscious. This process isn't about me "fixing" you; it's about our collaborative work to discover healing that will arise from within you—a journey towards becoming more whole.
This journey is about supporting you as you develop a more authentic and fulfilling life. And it's for everyone—whether you're a child, an adolescent, an adult, or a couple.
A Safe Space for Your Exploration
Creating a safe, supportive environment is at the heart of our work together. It's essential that you feel able to explore your inner world and your outer experiences with trust and openness, allowing for genuine transformation.
I work with children (10 and older), adolescents, adults, and couples, offering individualized care tailored to your unique needs.
What are you hoping to discover or change in your life right now? If you’re ready, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Reach out today, schedule a 15-minute phone consultation to learn more.
